Each month, usually on a Wednesday, Ricky Riccardi hosts Midweek Jazz in the beautiful Grunn Center for the Arts at the Ocean County College in Toms River, New Jersey.
This session, the day after late great Bix Beiderbecke's birthday, cornetist Danny Tobias led the Bixian Figpickers, with legendary guitarist Marty Grosz, Dan Levinson on reeds, Joseph Plowman on bass and Jim Lawlor on drums. A very appreciative audience enjoyed a fabulous evening!
