To celebrate the release of swing jazz album "Gordon Webster Meets Hetty Kate", a lively show was held at DROM in New York City, produced and presented by Gordon Webster and Michael "Misha" Katsobashvili.

Melbourne jazz vocalist Hetty Kate, whose voice is often compared to the top female singers of the 40s and 50s, joined world-renowned pianist and band leader Gordon Webster and his band - Danny Lipsitz on reeds, Jake Handelman on trombone, Danny Tobias on trumpet, Brandi Disterheft on bass and Andreas Svendsen on drums. Hetty's charisma and vivaciousness bubbled over, and her clear fluid vocals mesmerized us all. Violinist Adrien Chevalier, who is featured in "Besame Mucho" on the album, joined them on stage for that piece, and special guest artist Bria Skonberg wowed the dancers and audience with a couple of numbers.

The CD is available through Gordon's site, CD Baby and Amazon.
