The 46th Annual Pee Wee Russell Memorial Stomp was held at the beautiful Birchwood Manor in Whippany, New Jersey on the first Sunday in March 2015. Presented by the New Jersey Jazz Society, four fabulous bands were scheduled to perform for five hours of dancing and listening pleasure. Under the huge chandeliers on the spacious floor, dancers twisted and swirled, while the musicians generated pure joy. Unfortunately, because of the unseasonal snowfall causing terrible traffic conditions, one of the bands could not get to the venue, but Michael Hashim's Big Time ably filled their time slot. The weather interfered with a number of people being able to attend, but those who were there seemed to have the most wonderful time!
